Health and Wellness Coaching for ADHD/ AuDHD women
Who Need a Different Approach
My name is Shannon,
I work with ADHD and AuDHD women who feel frustrated by their brains and disconnected from their body’s signals and worn out from trying approaches that never quite fit.
Together, we focus on understanding your nervous system, your patterns and your real-life constraints-so eating, movement and self-care finally feel made for your actual self.
You are NOT broken. You are a neurotype that requires different patterns of care.
Hi! I'm Shannon
I am an AudHD woman, mother, a Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in Culinary Nutrition. I’ve spent years learning how the brain and body communicate, and how to listen when they do.
Many Neurodivergent women learn to survive by masking, pushing and adapting to systems that were never built for them. Over time this costs us our energy, creativity, clarity, and sense of self.
I work to help ADHD and AuDHD women understand their nervous systems, patterns, physical and mental needs.
Together we use that understanding to help them to come back into their natural rhythms and find their own version of thriving; not just surviving.
Coaching that works For your brain and body
As your Health Coach, I help you understand how your nervous system, energy, and real-life constraints shape your health.
Instead of forcing habits that don’t fit, we experiment with approaches that actually support your ADHD/AuDHD brain and body; physically, emotionally and practically.
Client Experiences

“I’m so grateful to Shannon Gail Wellness for her kind and practical help with meal planning. After years of personal and family burnout, planning and making dinners has become nearly impossible. I was able to tell Shannon the limitations I have regarding energy, neurodivergent children’s sensory needs, and budget. She listened compassionately and without judgment. The meal plan she created for me was exactly what I needed. It helped me to keep my food expenses down, as well as offer my family more simple, nutritious meals.”

“I am in graduate school and have a lot going on. Shannon helped me iron out my priorities and come up with a health vision for myself. It helped me to be able to balance my goals and put my time towards the things I want in the long term while taking care of my short term needs and deadlines. I highly recommend her, she made it natural and fun to be coached."

Food is one of the ways I help people reconnect with their bodies; gently, practically, and without shame. Here's What's Simmering:
As a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert, I love experimenting in the kitchen. Sensitive brains and bodies often go together, and for many ADHD/ AuDHD folks, food can be a helpful place to learn to practice listening to their internal voice.
I share recipes and reflections that support regulation, energy and real life. Most recipes I share are dairy free and many have gluten free options because those are common places people notice differences. Nothing here is about restrictions or rules so substitutes and experimentation are always welcome.

"I really enjoyed health coaching with Shannon! She not only helped me talk through and create daily habits to help me reach my fitness goals, but she was very easy to talk to and a great listener. I also really liked she took a holistic approach. She was comfortable letting me talk about my fitness, diet, mental health, and personal goals. She didn't try to make me fit into a particular regimen. Five stars!"
