Hi! I'm Shannon
As a woman, a mother, a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a Culinary Nutrition Expert, I am passionate about helping women, and persons of marginalized genders, to care for themselves.
The nurturing, mothering, community-care oriented part of humanity is so needed in our world today. However, we can easily get lost in these roles we live; confusing our value with what we do and how much or how well we do it. As we learn to truly get to know ourselves and value ourselves; our bodies, our brains, our needs, our limitations, our values, our skills, our passions, our dreams, we are also able to learn to care for those around us in a much more sustainable way. We can better ask for and receive care as well, when we choose to see ourselves as an essential, interdependent, and valuable part of the interconnected web of humanity around us. When we are able to thrive as full-dimensional beings; those around us thrive. It is as simple and as complex as that.
As your Health Coach, I will help you to explore your health which is actually a sum of its parts; the physical, mental, emotional, occupational, spiritual, financial and communal aspects of your life. I will coach and support you as you discern your needs and values and as you experiment with lifestyle changes. I will also be bringing ideas about nourishing foods, rejuvenating activities, mindfulness practices, and any other resources you might want to be connected to.

These are the nitty-gritty weekly coaching calls where you will see real change happen. We will do them via phone, video chat, or in-person meetings depending on where you are located.
